I'm a little tired of the whole big compilation t shirts from Marvel, but they seem to be pretty popular sellers so I guess I need to keep bringing them in.  The problem is every time I bring in another shirt that is similar to other shirts I already have I have to work much harder to find interesting content and let's face it, I'm pretty lazy.

This shirt has some interesting minor characters that are not on a lot of the other shirts.  One of them is Doctor Strange, Master of the Mystic Arts.  He is in fact the very first gay Marvel superhero, as well as the inspiration for one of my favorite characters, Dr. Orpheus (check out his amazing MySpace page).  Can't say I really read a lot of Doctor Strange comics.  Mostly I would see him helping out the Fantastic Four or something.  

I sometimes think my life would be a lot easier if I were gay.  I'd probably dress better, have funnier, more sophisticated friends, and make more money.  The odds of meeting a partner who was into comic books, video games, and science fiction movies would increase dramatically.  Also, I wouldn't have to deal with the major conundrum of my life, women.  Unfortunately I can't get over the whole having sex with men thing. Honestly I don't know how you straight women do it.  Thank god you do, though.  

Anyway, if you are gay and interested in gay superheroes, check out the Gay League.  They are supposed to be about gay comic books and such, but the first few pages I saw were all political stuff.  Still, kind of cool.
