Like most nerds, I have a love of H.P. Lovecraft.  H.P. by the way, stands for Howard Phillips.  As you would expect, his life was fairly chaotic and depressing, although his childhood was surprisingly pleasant seeming.  

I read most of his stories in high school and loved them.  A few years ago I played Arkham Horror and fell in love with that too.  Most gaming conventions we all play one complete game (unless the board kicks our ass in the first hour or so) but really, that's the limit.  Great game, but you get filled up about once every few months.

There are tons of great Lovecraft videos on YouTube, but one of my favorite is this Love Boat spoof called The Lovecraft.  I'll probably link more good ones on other Lovecraft t shirts.
