My dad had a beautiful Gibson guitar he used to play.  It was gorgeous.  Red enamel with gold plate.  He would play blues guitar on it.  He loved that guitar.  I wish I had learned to play it.  I could have formed a band in high school and maybe actually gotten a girl or two.  Life is filled with regrets.

Of course, had I gotten into guitar there is always the chance that I could have ended up the Venice rollerblade turban guitar guy.  I used to see him all the time when I lived down there.
