I think I have seen three of these.  How is it Chuck Norris has done all these bad movies that no one has ever heard of yet Steven Seagal has done a ton of really bad movies that everyone has heard of?  By the way, I was just going to link the Steven Seagal official site as an aside, but after looking at it you have to check it out.  Surreal.  He's kind of a weird dude.  Check out this TMZ article where is is accused of some pretty unsavory stuff.  Also, check out this montage of Seagals most embarrassing photos.  Painful.
